Company Director

The boss but not the boss here at Store Galore (my wife takes that job role). My day-to-day role involves managing logistics at our Catfield site and answering to Caroline. I’m the first point of contact for customers interested in storing at Catfield and for those who prefer to call rather than email.

  • Tinkering and inventing in my mancave or building things — I’m always coming up with new ideas! I don’t play rugby now (too old for that) but still enjoy watching it!

  • I unwind by spending time out on the Broads with friends and family — there’s no better feeling than being on the water. Otherwise I’ll relax by sitting down and watching the rugby or building new things and problem-solving (oddly enough) helps me to relax.

  • I’m a bit of an inventor — I love coming up with new and innovate ideas and building new things!

  • Dogs all the way but I don’t mind a friendly cat either!

Operations Director (the boss)

Hi, I’m Rebecca! The real boss at Store Galore according to my husband (Sam). I handle the logistics for our Barnham Broom and Wymondham sites and am the first point of contact for customers who prefer to enquire and have a chat on the phone.

  • Outside of work, you’ll usually find me walking or running with the dogs, doing dog agility — basically, anything dog-related!

  • Walking with the dogs is my go-to way to unwind but I also enjoy drawing and spending time on the Broads with my husband, friends and family — it’s the perfect escape.

  • If there’s a dog nearby I will 100% be distracted!

  • Dogs, dogs, and more dogs!!

CAROLINE

Account Manager

If you email Store Galore there’s a good chance I’ll be the first person you hear from. I take care of the accounts and admin side of things — handling calls, answering queries, invoicing, and generally trying to keep everything (and everyone) in order. I’m talking about you Sam!

  • When I’m not working my favourite activities are (apart from laying down in a dark room), running, cycling, and spending time with my little dachshund.

  • Running and cycling — but I also love to enjoy live music with my husband and a drink in hand — the perfect way to unwind.

  • I’m a keen runner and cyclist but my dachshund may or may not rule my entire life!

  • Dogs, 100%! Have you ever tried saying no to a dachshund? Impossible!

I love a good spreadsheet (yes, really!) and love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Whether it’s organising data, crunching numbers, or lending a hand wherever needed — I’m always happy to help.

  • Staying active and keeping fit… mostly so I can enjoy good food guilt-free!

  • Spending time with family and friends — with good food and good company. I also love listening to live music and booking my next trip… or at least daydreaming about it.

  • I have a travel bucket list that keeps getting longer instead of shorter! Oops!

  • I like both, but if I had to choose, I’d pick dogs — because they make every day better with their enthusiasm (and lack of judgment!).
